I’m at the infusion centre for 6 hours and even with the heated chair and heated blankets my hands end up ice cold and I can’t feel them. These things work really great. We've used them for pulled muscles, cramps, and for hunting. The only down side is when it's below freezing outside they don't stay warm. They will get cold while you're outside hunting in those temps but warm back up once you go back inside. I did learn that if I stack a few on eachother that they get significantly warmer, so I started using at least 3 together when I'm out hunting. All in all I do recommend. Two boxes lasted all hunting season (archery and rifle) for my family with 4 hunters in it. Could have got away with one box but as a woman, I tend to get much colder than the men. So I admit, I used way more than the men while hunting.
