Several years ago, I tried this healthy shake, and did not like it. But my doctor advised me to take it daily to gain some weight since an illness I had dropped me from 160 pounds down to 108 pounds. So I tried again, this time, I don't know if it was me or the drink, but it tasted delicious, and I have been drinking 3 to 6 of them a day to get some weight back. It doesn't do it overnight, takes a few months, but I gained about 4 to 5 pounds in the last month. It's good for anyone who has weight loss due to an operation or medical surgery who has lost weight! It contains all good healthy add-ons and has 350 calories per bottle, so it does help if you want to maintain your weight, or gain weight. I was really glad my Doctor had recommended it, or I would still be at 108 pounds.

The shakes I use with lunch and with dinner to help me get all the nutrients I need as a 53yr old picky eater I know I need to support and boost my intake. I highly recommend Ensure Plus Milk Chocolate and buy from this seller. I think it’s actually sold by Amazon in my case. Other sellers on here I have no experience with as I tend to stick with what works. Can’t go wrong

Perfect for getting good vitamins and low calories; great taste, very drinkable

I had a bit of a medical problem of severe anemia. I had hemorrhagic bleeding where I lost 4 pints of blood (almost half my blood supply). Despite the hospital's best efforts they could not stop the bleeding. I finally did Yarrow (herb sold here on Amazon) that stopped the bleeding completely. I buy this for my mom. It's cheaper than just buying it at the local grocery store. It provides tasty nutrition and for at least one meal, I know she's done well.
