Great detail and depth. Good college course textbook.

Book was delivered ahead of schedule. I have gone through the first few chapters and I think the concepts are well presented with lots of examples and exercises. Great book for anyone interested in learning database concepts and design!

Good: Has all the content/pages. Bad: The pages on this book feel like cheap toilet paper.

Book is fine. Using it for a class I am taking. Seems to have info on basic database info and nosql concepts as well.

Very poor paper quality on this book. This is a paperback edition not supposed to be sold outside Indian subcontinent. It says so on the cover page. The book costs 10$ in India and is brought here and sold for 30+$. Very very poor paper and print quality. Who would want to read such a book.

Good book for beginners in database systems

price is not cheap actually

Ok so the book itself arrived with some signs of wear-and-tear. As indicated by the pictures, there's some excess book binding glue on the outer spine of the book (most visible as a small string on the Pearson 'P'), most of which I peeled off prior to taking the picture. There's also some pen scribbles on the outer bit of the pages, I was worried that someone might've written in the book, luckily I haven't found any evidence of that thus far (will update this review if I find any), and the layer of plastic that goes on to the book bind is kind of peeling off on the back of the book, which isn't something you'd expect from a 'NEW' book. Overall, considering I bought this supposedly 'NEW' the book's appearance would say otherwise, which is kind of disappointing, cause when you buy a NEW book it has that new sort of feel to it. Aside from all this, the contents of the book (information on databases) is exactly as you'd expect.

Arrivato prima del previsto coincide con la versione più costosa. Ottimo libro come contenuto e discreta la qualità di stampa. L’unico problema, non trascurabile, è l’occlusione di zone della copertina e del prezzo legate alla commercializzazione internazionale del prodotto. Consiglio quindi a chi bada più al contenuto che alla forma del libro.

classic book on databases - concepts to advance topics !!

Every database concept is explained in detail in this book. Highly recommended to people who grasp the concept in a detailed manner.

The book is almost like new.
