Are the knuckle protections solid or can they bend?

A terrible glove that provides little no protection. Not waterproof/warm and the touchscreen doesn't work

Are these machine washable?

I don’t see why not, material is Polyester and PVC, flex fabric and hard PVC on the knuckles, I haven’t washed mine yet but I’ll wash on a 30 so it cool enough not to shrink the fabric, maybe put them in an old pillow case that should work a treat

How do I choose my size? There appears no option on the Amazon site

I'm not sure there was an option when I got mine were you measured across your palm
