Packaging beat up, but the weights are fine. There are two hollow spots on one weight from the casting, but no big deal. They weigh the 50 lbs they're supposed to, fit on the bar they're supposed to and have the comfortable hand holds I wanted, at an attractive price. I'm happy with them.

These are my favorite weight plates. I have a home gym and have used MANY different plates over the years. The easy grip and smoothness on these is second to none and they look nice in my gym room. The price didn't leave a hole in my pocket either. I highly recommend these and any plates from this brand in general. Pound for pound you can't beat the price and the various styles are both practical with their easy grip patterns and attractive visually in the weight room. Thank you for creating an excellent, accessible variety of weight plates for us home gym owners.

It actually came with spring clips, which I saw in the picture but wasn't expecting. One of the weights was 5lbs exactly, the other almost an ounce light

There is a rubber smell but I only noticed when I opened it and after I touch them, but it's not particularly strong and it's just rubber, I don't find it heinous. The diameter is just under 14 inches if anybody's wondering (I was). These are so much more comfortable and easier to carry than any other plates I've had. I'm going to get the whole set eventually. I'm so happy with these and definitely recommend!
