This gets a nice 4, it's so close to a 5 BUT if you are considering this, a few things you should know:1. Package weight is less than 4 lbs. If you are looking for heavyweight brocade, skip this one! (I have a level 4 down comforter and need LIGHT weight duvet to keep from dying of heat under it.) Despite its weight, it is nice fabric! Keep reading!2. I use king duvet on a queen sized bed. The only way this fits a king is sideways (zipper down the side!) TONS of length when the zip is at the foot. It's not like you can mess up a duvet cover, but my comforter is on the bed sideways in this pic, the cover is on with zip at the foot, but on a queen there is only about 10" drop on either side. Unless I got a faulty one, a true king will only fit a king bed with the zipper down the side.3. BONUS: My wedding ring doesn't snag on this!!! How many of us can say that about brocade bed linens!! Weave is very tight for its weight, the satin is very smooth, and no snagging on earrings, rings, etc!!!!4. Shams are more like decorative pillow *cases*. Construction is a pillowcase: brocade on one side, plain on the other, floppy flange around, BUT pillows are inserted through the end, no closure (button, snap, zip, or even a securing pocket.) If you have full pillows like I do, you will have your pillow peeking out the end. If you dont take your shams off for sleep, they will be off by morning anyway! We played "find the sham" the next morning! Wont do that again!The ONLY holdout on 5 stars is where the zipper is, and it comes with *pillowcases* not really shams.

I'm really impressed. The pillow cases fit perfectly and the duvet is generously sized which allows for an attractive, appropriate overhang on either side of our bed. Stitching is first rate. We had high expectations for vibrant colors based on the photos in the ad, and they were certainly met when we opened our purchase. But the best thing about this duvet is its hand-feel. It's much softer than our previous duvet sets and it does have a very silky texture. Would recommend highly.

The color Sienna is a very lemony ivory. It is NOT white, don't let other reviews or questions fool you. I wish the sellers listed a better color descriptor so it wasn't just a couple people speculating.I am currently trying to whiten it with oxy white revive and bleach. I'll update if it works.The duvet is 7/10 soft for being an woven textured fabric. It is same softness on back side and same material just plain.I will say I only bought this because it was exactly what I was looking for but if there had been another choice with better description and unedited photos with misleading colors... We ordered this duvet cover not knowing what to expect. It exceeds our expectations! I have extremely sensitive skin and this cover hasn't left me with any rashes at all. Also, at the time we bought this we bought another duvet cover since we had just updated to a king bed, and this duvet cover unlike the other that we bought, which wasn't cheap at all, is the only one that still looks new when you wash it. Due to my allergies I probably do much more laundry than most and this duvet cover still looks brand new! Also I love the color! We don't have a ton of this color in our house but it matches our other furniture so well! The shade is beautiful, it's sort of a light pink gold but not pink and not gold it's subtle, my husband and I both just love it! I'll take pictures when we put our headboard on the bed, this duvet cover came swift! Also customer service was amazing when I had a quick issue I will actually look to this brand over others on Amazon. They care about making sure the product works how you want! Mine is just perfect. I absolutely love this Duvet Cover! Very elegant and beautiful design. Soft and comfortable.Just what I was looking for. Was sceptical becuase of the scarse amount of reviews. Let me tell you I am confident out of the hundreds of amazon purchases that this is one of my top 5 most satisified purchases!

I ordered the Amalfi and was pleased with every aspect except that it had some problems with hanging threads and I worried about potential issues of pulling or snagging down the road with regular use. The seller contacted me and replaced the set so all is now well.The design and colors were exactly what I wanted to match a set of curtains. The feel of the material is silky, soft and the entire thing is so lightweight compared to others I've had (becomes kind of cumbersome when using a down comforter and then a heavy duvet cover). I worried that I would not like the zipper closure since I've had issues in the past with other brands breaking after a few uses or just being unsightly, so I usually prefer the button type, but this one seems well made and is discreetly hidden. I love that the material looks very expensive and luxurious, and it IS luxurious, but you can toss it in the washing machine and dryer and it comes out looking great. I can't say enough about the feel of of the material, it's so silky on the top and the underside is so soft, it's a pleasure to crawl underneath it at night and nice running my hands over it when I make the bed. When the bed is made it looks so inviting I can't wait to get back in it because I know how great the material feels all the way around, it's like the luxury of silk or satin with the practicality of cotton. I like it so much I plan to order another set in a different color for the guest room.

This duvet cover and shams are a medium quality. Zipper was cheap. It snagged to open and again when I tried to close it. The pattern on the pillow shams are not as pictured. Totally two different patterns. To return the product will be much more time consuming. I will simply go out and purchase a neutral color to place in between the two shams to disguise the flaw. The colors are lovely despite the shoddy zipper and mismatched pillow shams. SO BUYER BEWARE.
