Product not worth the price
Better to buy from offline stores. In this case laptop sent up service were not provided even after same was charged separately. This price does not include MS office. One has to buy basic MS office (excel/word) software separately. Offline stores may also give some accessories (bag / cooling pad) as complimentary gift at a lower price than what Amazon is offering.

Keyboard light is not available with this
Giving 1 star because it doesn’t have a basic need of every laptop user which is keyboard light. Can’t work with this in the dark. Really it’s dumb of Dell and the Engineer who built it.

Nice Performance, Good Build Quality The Dell laptop arrived safely and packaging was good. Performance is smooth for daily tasks like browsing, office work, and videos. SSD makes the system fast. Display resolution is average but acceptable for home use. Overall, a reliable laptop from Dell.
