Added a couple beach photos from the later days and mystery bus. I discovered you absolutely do not need to take them out during bathroom duties. They learn on their own and itโs actually cute. Wheelchair is so so so much easier when the back legs are no longer mobile and you can hang them in a holder for the feet. As long as it is set up properly, your pooch will be quite comfortable. I ended up giving this away after she passed away to another boxer with DM. Please consider the chair before giving your loved ones wings. At home we just setup the house with lots of rugs; youโd be surprised how resilient and smart dogs are. โโโโโโโโโโโ My boxer has degenerative myelopathy and is in the in between stages of paralysis and walking; I call her ms.wobbles. She does not love it but it allows her to freely walk over a mile so far! She can run and it sometimes appears as if nothing is wrong. She has become very popular downtown too. Many have been quite kind. Some cons: Her back paws do drag and she does try to walk with them despite the lameness, so I suggest booties of some kind for back legs. You will need to make adjustments and one of the clips is slightly dull but I feel that was a manufacturer issue. Also, Iโve noticed small changes in my initial setting, so ensure everything is setup appropriately before each walk as I have had to make a couple adjustments, for the bathroom time I do take her out of it- it is time consuming but gets easier over time and good to remind yourself that you are doing this out of love. Proโs: fairly good design and durable, easy to adjust, padding for comfort, fairly easy to assemble, she can PLAY normalish again, she can run, and she can walk distances without limping or falling down, color surprisingly very nice and seems worth the money so far Review: This is really well made and will go over almost anything if your dog has the strength. but I don't believe it should cost as much as it does. I have a 59lb dog and trying to get her back legs in the chair is extremely difficult because you have to lift the hind legs up with one arm and try to position the chair and guide the legs in with the other arm. she still has some use of the legs so she starts kicking which makes it hard to accomplish and when i do get them in i raise the chair and now i have to fight with the D rings that slide over the bars to clip the harness to the chair they are extremely tight and hard to slide down the side bars. it is wider than you think even on the smallest width it is 24in from outside wheel to outside wheel which barely fits in my hallway so it's useless in the house because my dog can't turn around or maneuver so It's a outdoor only chair which once again for the price is ridiculous because now i have to try to find something else for indoors. Also with that said if you have a female dog like i do when she pees it well absolutely get on the leg harness and soak in to the foam piece that connect the two side harness together they will sit in it until you take them out. poop doesn't seem to be an issue I took all the measurements and followed all the instructions so everything is set up correctly. They also have a restocking fee so keep that in mind when considering this. I will update if any changes good or bad occur UPDATE: I had this at 3 stars but I had to remove another one do to it being so complicated to put on a senior dog while on tile most of the time I don't want to use it do to that and the horrible job it does on tile floor I'm afraid shes gonna injure her self when she starts to slip and slide. it is nice to see my dog walk by her self outside I will update again if anything changes

If your dog is struggling to walk i would recommend this. I purchased all the braces and bands, none of which worked. Get this if you want your furry friend to be able to get around by themself again. Yes they can go 1 and 2 in this. Made with quality materials this should last a long time! Only use while supervised as they can tip over sometimes.

I got a full refund for the first one I bought and returned (sz large) that had a broken piece and was really hard to assemble (due to what [I think] was caused by faulty parts). The sized-down one I purchased as replacement assembled perfectly. That 1st one had to be a fluke; the new one was no trouble at all to put together, and the parts just slid right into place with the tabs popping in/out easily. Customer Service was right on top of my refund, so I'm happy to update my initial review and give more stars. Would be 5 if no trouble in the first place obviously, but I am otherwise happy :). Maybe I'll add a pic once my dog gets used to it. My advice to others who purchase this cart is to reach out to Cust Svc first if you have any problems at all - before initiating a return or replacement. They can replace individual parts or give recommendations, which might save you from needing to wait for a refund. **Also, if your pet is on the cusp for weight on the size chart, go w the smaller cart. The large was way too big for my pittie mix, who is right at 50 lbs.

My 11 year old boxer is full of life again. The joy on her face when sheโs able to run and walk without falling brings tears to my eyes. She has spondylosis which came on pretty quickly and she has lost 75% of her stability in her rear legs. She would take two steps and fall. We hook her up to her wheels and sheโs like a puppy again. With this she is able to get her daily exercise. I wish they could make it more affordable for people to help their fur babies, but I would definitely buy it all over again no questions asked. the walking wheels is a total game changer.
