Absolute horrible product after only one year of use the pump burned up and is no longer working. Spend the money and get an actual brand-name pump. Don’t waste your time with this POS. It first started making a very loud racking noise like something came loose inside then no good and can’t return it! Waisted money for one year. Lesson learned!

I don't know what I expected for $250 but it didn't even last a year. Before it broke it worked adequately but it was louder than my last pump. The fact that they don't even warranty it or offer an exchange should tell you all you need to know. Just spend the money and get a decent pump.

Just ridiculous. What should have been a 5 minute hookup, turned in to a complete nightmare. First, when the rear cover was pulled off to access wiring, it pulled the wires from the dual voltage switch. This pump does no come with any schematic, no idea where the wires go. Next, the contacts for the line and neutral on pump, are buried deep in the back, extremely hard to access or attach wiring. The nuts are a size I have never used in my life, 9mm maybe? dunno even know for sure. :Lastly, if you are running it at 115v, better make sure you have a 20 amp to install it on, it will not run on 15, I found out the hard way, nothing in the listing about it. All in all, this thing just pissed me of beyond belief.
