The fan is very well designed and built. It came in the nicest box and packaging I've ever seen a fan in! The only issue is the power connection. Two flimsy flat prongs stick out the side of the fan housing, and a hard connector at the end of the power cord has to be pushed onto them, but is difficult to seat. After a few tries, one of the prongs on the fan pushed into the fan, and I had to pry it out with pliers.
