Pioneer TSG1020S -2-10.16 cm (4") 2-Way G-Series 210W Car Coaxial Wired Speakers (Black)

I have used several 6 x 9 speakers from SONY and PIONEER before, Some Good and Some very Good.But after listening to these Champion Series (TS-6965V3) from Pioneer, I realised, all those I've heard earlier, became a Joke, lol !! :-).Audio Quality in champion series is on a different level. The way sounds are reproduced by these drivers are exceptional. Diaphragm material / Cone composition is different from regular speakers. Magnets are huge and highs, mids and lows are well balanced.Rear seat passengers will love them.Most offline retailers don't sell them because the champion series is already twice to thrice expensive than regular and small shopkeepers don't get enough margins.Amazon too does injustice to the Pioneer champion series speakers, as they club the feedback of these premium speakers with the normal ones. They definitely "deserve" a separate listing and rating than all other economical Pioneer Junk.If i could, I would have given a 10 STAR rating to these speakers.I wish Pioneer could have come up with Champion Series 6.5 or Component speakers !!

compared to the cheaper pioneer sony etc these speakers are powerful enough and has good quality sound and a moderate bass feel. I just bought it and tested it for around a month and it is working fine. lets see how long it will last.

Earlier I have 2 pioneer speaker in my celerio car, after one speaker damage I have replaced both, I have bought total 2 sets for front and rare door.These speakers are looking like a branded label but local speakers. I am not feeling any stereo surrounding sound. Sound is loud but No bass it's really worst speakers. You will not feel that you have music system in your car. Plz don't buy this product.

Good Fitted in Nexa Ignis and gives better sound quality for small car.

I bought these Pioneer TS-1602IN speakers considering the experience I had 30y back. Long back original Pioneer speakers were made in Japan & excellent quality.However these speakers are made in Vietnam. They are advertised to produce frequencies from 30Hz to 30Khz but it's far from the truth. Pioneer is lying with its low freq. output figures. High & Vocals are good but Bass is pale nowhere near to 30Hz. Sounds could be around 250Hz+.I was thinking of replacing 6y old Polk DB651 speakers with is rated from 35Hz to 25kHz, but comparative test revealed low bass for Pioneer speakers hence decided against it. These speakers don't hold a candle to older Polk's bass. But have to admit vocals sounded better with Pioneers.Donated these speakers to a friend for fitting in his 10y old car.

Usually there are plenty of 2 way Speakers to choose from all known and unknown brands at this price. But I found Sony and Pioneer are giving option of 3 way speakers.They provide more better sound at medium volume. They make an atmosphere, surround the room with music. U may not feel the sound is coming from speaker. This is why I like Pioneer. They are consistent in quality. The speaker wires are of very good quality.Note: I found Pioneer also had an option of 4 speakers of same model at Rs. 4000 on both Amazon and their website. Look for these offers if ur planning to buy 4 Speakers.
