The final product is great - just as advertised. While assembly is reasonably straight-forward, the instructions do not clearly indicate the required sequence for assembly. The hinged lid should not be assembled last; doing so makes it hard to impossible to properly engage the lid's hinge pins with the rest of the unit.

it's literally 6 pieces and almost impossible to put together wrong (as long as you get the first piece in right, I suppose). It's been raining here for days and every package I've picked up out of here has been dry. It's so much better than having them sit in wet leaves by the wrong door!

I got one for each of my 3 sons homes. It is a life saver for deliveries including quick grocery, and especially on rainy days. I also got the sticker informing carriers to leave packages in box. Of course large packages won’t fit but this definitely helps with smaller ones.

I read some reviews about it being difficult to assemble, but my experience was completely the opposite. I had it snapped together in about two minutes from opening the box. Couldn't be simpler really. I read another review about it being flimsy, but it seems plenty sturdy for its intended use. And at this price point, it's a true bargain. I like that it has "DELIVERIES" embossed on the front. I only wish that it was also embossed on both sides. In the preferred orientation for my front porch, the front is a little obscured by some plants, but the side is very visible. Anyway, I just ordered a cheap "Please place deliveries inside box" sign that I'll stick on the side. It would also be nice if there was a "red flag" similar to some mail boxes, that would pop up when the lid is opened so that I could know from looking out the front door if there were any deliveries. (But then again, that might draw attention to it from passers-by. Never mind.) It's pretty lightweight when empty, so I plan on screwing it to a wall of my entranceway in case of high winds, and to make it more difficult for someone to walk off with the whole box and any packages inside. I'll use two 1x3 strips inside to clamp it firmly to the wall top and bottom.

Easy to put together, sturdy structure, and fits perfectly on my front porch! I wished I had bought this a long time ago!

Too fragile

Does the job they need to come up with a lock system for it? It doesn’t need to be anything special just like a lever or something I use a BE nail.
