I bought this last year and it’s still new. Great video and sound quality

I am very disappointed with this purchase. The product I received was clearly used and of very poor quality. As soon as I opened the package, it was evident that the HDMI cable was not new — there were visible scratches, dirt, and signs of wear on the connectors. This is completely unacceptable for something sold as a new item. The build quality also feels cheap and unreliable, making me question how long it will even function properly. I expected a genuine, new product but instead received something that looks like it has already been used for a long time. This reflects very poorly on quality control and seller integrity. I would not recommend buying this product from this seller. Strongly advise others to be cautious.

Not HDCP compatible. Netflix and other streaming software refuse to stream on it.
