AspallApple Balsamic Vinegar | 6 x 350ML

I have always liked Aspall's vinegars, for being smooth and with a classic authentic flavour. .This is no exception - and is delicious to drink even, never mind using in salads (or sprinkled on broccoli or cabbage etc). It is a mild vinegar with the balsamic element giving a nice hit, and underneath there is a lovely apple fragrance. I have been drinking a spoonful in a glass of water in preference to coffee on a warm day. Mmmm.I recommend this if you are a bit daunted by the cider vinegar hype in all the health columns.

This vinegar is delicious - used mainly as a salad dressing without oil (when I'm trying to slim)or with good olive oil.

I like to use this vinegar in making a mint sauce, it has a mellow flavour.

This is a really good flavoured balsamic vinegar, not as sharp as the usual ones and I always use it for salad dressings along with olive oil & a little bit of Dijon mustard
