Couldn't get it to stop leaking
The directions are obviously poorly translated from Chinese and do not address any of the standard US installation directions. The thread pattern says 1/2" but it is not the standard 1/2" plumbing thread pattern so no matter how much teflon tape or different type o-rings you use, the item still leaks. Buy a Bosch and don't waste your money

Doesnt work at all
We finally finished the build and installed it. The light came on for about 2 minutes and now it doesnt even try to work. Completely worthless waste of money.

Not Tankless and goes out quickly!! Do not Buy
Not only is this not a Tankless water heater as advertised when I bought it . It stopped working after about 2 months of use . I feel cheated.
