Okay product, but great customer service from seller
This bulb has excellent build quality and is heavier and larger and better made than normal Philips LED bulbs. Feels solid and not flimsy or cheaply made.However the bulb stopped working in around 7-8 months. I didn't know how to claim warranty and then the lockdown also happened in March, and I just left it. Towards the middle of June, just 15 days before the end of my warranty period I wrote to the seller (A..S) asking about how I could claim warranty. I was honestly not expecting any reply, but to my surprise I got an immediate reply asking me to ship the defective bulb back to their warehouse. I wrote back saying warranty was nearly over and that I hadn't asked earlier because of the lockdown but A..S said they would honour the warranty even if the item reached after June 30, when warranty would expire.I sent the bulb back, and as promised I received a replacement bulb, as well as tracking details. The product is decent, but you can be more assured because the seller is extremely professional, very quick to respond to queries and takes full responsibility for customer service. Highly recommend!
