Convenient for weighing substances on milligram scales (see American Weigh Scales GEMINI-20 Portable MilliGram Scale, 20 by 0.001 G). It is less messy when you're using powders, since you can just place it on the waxy paper, which covers the scale, and keep the scale clean. If you're not sure that you need this, try cutting up some waxed paper (the papers in this packet will last a very long time for most people).

This is perfect, however, it gets 4 stars because the packaging needs work. I have a scale which I use to weigh medicated powder for my dog. The powder always statically adheres to the metal weighing dish so I needed this product. I made a crease in the middle and put it on the dish. Weighed out the proper portion and transferred it with no power being stuck on the paper. This is a very cheap option to help ensure that you don't lose anything.The paper is compressed into a box and shrink wrapped with no lid or cap. I guess this is great when you're using this regularly and don't need it stored.I don't work in a lab where I use this everyday so I don't like how there is no way to put it away without the sheets spilling out. As I mentioned, they are compressed and shrink-wrapped so when you open it they start to expand a little. This causes it to expand over the sides so they slip out a lot. I put it in a ziplock back, but a matchbox type container would be nice. This would make easy to slide the drawer out and take a few sheets then close it back up.

They do the job. I recommend that the user fold them before placing them on a scale, otherwise the contents have a tendency to roll off. The fold also makes it easier to transfer contents into a capsule.

I've been getting into making my own supplements and wanted something the powders wouldn't stick to. This is what I was looking for.They are kind of awkward to weight with, though maybe I'm doing it wrong. I usually fold it in half, then lay it upon the scale. It then falls to its side and a put the material on the paper. After I'm don I pick up the paper, the material falls into the crease, then I just easily pour the material where I want it.Decent size squares, and most importantly, I haven't had anything that sticks to it so far.

If you are working with any type of powders that need to be handled carefully this is the best paper I have used. Nothing sticks to the paper and it can be folded into any shape you need to get the powder into the container you need.

They do what they're supposed to do. I can weigh supplements easily and use the paper to slip them into whatever container I want to put them in. The only reason I'm docking a star is because getting them out of the box is more difficult than it should be. But I'd buy these again.

I use these for mixes of herbs and spices. Fold like an envelope and things stay free-flowing. Very handy!
