Not sure it was working for me. I heard it is god to loose fat on thigh but I was running 3-4times per week, 3-5 miles each time and exercising some dvd at home 4-5 times per week. So I cannt say loosing weight is by this. And I think I need 3-4 bottle for a month. It's a lot of money. So I stopped after the first bottle. Even though I didn't have this one I could loose weight.
