Life changing
I canโt believe Iโve lived without this for so long! My usual office-induced back pain was getting worse with pregnancy and this has helped A LOT! When I put it on, I breathe a sigh of relief. I thought my problem was that I was tight, but this helps keep things in place and avoid unstable joints that exacerbate pain. Comfortable enough to wear on a long haul flight and stretchy enough to move with you on a walk. Highly recommend for my fellow pregnant gals, but will be keeping it around PP for that post-leg day back pain.

Great resource for hip pain
These belts are great! I have two of them. They look cute over your yoga pants, and make you feel hugged around the hips. Really helps with hip joint pain. Later used them after my bilateral hip joint replacement to secure frozen gel ice packs on my hips.

A MUST IF YOU HAVE SCIATIC PAIN
Donโt know how this belt works BUT IT IS WONDERFUL for alleviating SI pain instantly! This is the second time I have purchased this belt. Reason being, I downsized and my first one tore away from where the Velcro is sewn to the neoprene! The smaller black one I received is made a little differently, the second set of straps are made differently than the white straps. It seems a lot more supportive! I will always have this belt on hand!

only reason it didn't get 5 stars was sizing was a little off. i got the smaller size and it was still a little large.
