I’ve been using this consistently and it’s legit. It mixes very easily—no clumps at all, even with just a shaker. I take two scoops about 20–30 minutes before my workout, and the pumps are absolutely crazy. Muscles feel full, tight, and hydrated throughout the entire session. What I really like is that it gives insane pumps without stimulants, so no jitters or crash. Endurance feels better, strength stays consistent, and I don’t get stomach issues or bloating. If you’re looking for a non-stim pump + hydration product that actually works, this one delivers. Definitely a staple in my pre-workout stack.

This stuff is pretty amazing. I use the Gorilla Mind Nitric stimulant free pre work out. Adding an additional scoop or 2 of Hydroprime makes a great pre work out 2xs better. The pump you get is just insane.

honestly, I wasn't expecting much from this product and I didn't do a lot of study about glycerol, but the pumps are insane. Definitely, worth the money as I am almost halfway through this batch, definitely need more preworkout to take along with this and for sure I feel stronger and everything feels pumped than usual. I was able to break through my PR for pretty much almost every body part and to achieve hypertrophy this gets you that tightness. Make sure you take the right amount or slowly build up your dosages cause having double the amount all of a sudden can get you some bathroom situations. Also, make sure you drink a ton of water and be prepared to go multiple trips to the bathroom to flush it out lol. overall great product would definitely buy again.

The powder is very fluffy and desolves basically instantly. I am 95% certain that the patented "Hydroprime" is primarily baking soda. Yes baking soda. It has the consistency of baking soda, and taste exactly like baking soda. From what I've read on the always accurate internet, baking soda does help with preventing lactic acid buildup in muscles. Does it work, honestly yes I do think it helps. Could you achieve the same results with drinking baking soda? Maybe.

Taste is as advertised, could definitely feel more "pump", mixes extremely easily, kinda made me queasy the first few tries then evened out.
