Not if you are installing them on tubeless wheels. They are tubeless tires I'm pretty sure.

Can i buy a single tire?

Yes, just find a listing that only sells the front or rear tire size you're looking for. Some friendly advice from a professional, it is recommended to replace both together for the best ride quality. I've personally found if I only do the rear, then I need a front when the rear is half worn, which begins the terrible cycle of riding with one decent tire and one worn tire the rest of the time you own the bike.

The front is a 120 which would be 120cm and the rear is a 180 which would be 180cm. The next number in the series is the aspect ratio. So the 70 would be a height that is 70% of the width of 120. Same as with the rear. The 55 would be the height of 55% of the width. The last number in series would be your rim diameter.
