I love these speakers
I am very impressed with these speakers. The break in period makes a big difference. As does calibration in your amp/receiver. Once I had run these for a few days and got everything calibrated and positioned the sound is amazing!For music I use Amazon Music HD and favor the Ultra HD tracks which either have 24 bits 96 to 192 kHz. I also use a U turn Orbit Special turntable with Ortofon 2M Red cartridge. From both music sources I get really clear balanced sound reproduction. Good punchy bass, smooth midrange and crisp highs. Initially I thought the highs were too bright but after the break in they are much smoother and warmer. I have tried a range of genres from jazz and classical to Pink Floyd and Daft Punk. The speakers have been more than capable of handling whatever I’ve thrown at them.For movies and TV the surround sound is very good. The subwoofer provided good bass that you can feel in your guts or shake the house if you want to.

I've never had speakers that sound this good. This is a total game-changer for my living room. The towers could really use outriggers. Screwing down the wire lugs is kind of difficult with limited finger room. In case you were confused, every speaker including the subwoofer includes the black cloth covering which looks quite nice. The packaging is the best I've ever encountered, but everyone will know you ordered a 5.1 speaker set with the graphics on the outside of the multiple boxen.

Wiring inside speaker issues, surround sound speaker pop corn, no customer service
Thought I had a problem with the receiver, but it turns out to be one of the surround sound speakers. Terrible noise and crackling, especially in the quiet sections. Replaced wires, rearranged, couldn't get rid of the noise, so I thought it must be the programing in the receiver. Nope, swapped sides with the speakers and the noise move with the speaker. I am just getting it all set up, return policy already over, so I hope there will be some help from company.No customer service, you are on your own. They want me to disconnect woofers and speakers and switch them between speakers to find the problem. What?? They are soldered and very tight tolerances to get into the right position and I am not wanting a course in speaker repair, I wanted a working speaker system. Very disappointed. the rest of the system sounds great, but I have yet to watch a show or listen to a song with surround sound.
