this has corn powder so big no for who is allergic to corn like me, i didnt know before buying cuz ingredients didnt say anything. so my mom is drinking this.

Do not buy
I was told to consume mothers horlicks after delivery as it would help make the feeding milk more nutritious and had consumed several boxes only to realise after 3 months that I had gained 10kgs. This is an artificial strengthner. I would suggest new mothers and to be mothers to rather not consume this and instead go for healthy fruits and veggies
