So far these might be the best steak knives I have ever owned. They seem durable, and they are very sharp. I also like how they contrast with my other knives so they’re easy to find.

Great quality

I'm quite please with this knife set. The knives are nicely packaged in a simple but aesthetic box designed to hold them perfectly, which made a great first impression. Each knife is lightweight yet feels sturdy in hand. The blades are quite sharp, slicing through steak, chicken, and even tougher cuts with basically no effort. Because we have 8 of them we went ahead and replaced our old set instead of just the ones that are damaged, and we have 3 spares. The biggest plus for us is that they’re dishwasher safe. I’ve run them through multiple cycles now, and they manage fine, albeit on the top rack just to be safe. Overall, this set delivers excellent value, combining performance, durability, and style. The only knock against them is the somewhat obnoxious branding -- they painted the company name in large high-contrast lettering on the black blades which doesn't look good...and it's not like anyone is going to know the brand anyway. Still, I can solidly recommend.
