P90X Extreme Home Fitness Guide and Nutrition Plan

I bought this "used-good" with the expectation of just worn maybe since creases from Thomas Publishing. I would hardly call it that. Multiple pages are ripped. The book itself has all the pages but if you are paying for the expectation of a simple worn book then it should at least come free of torn pages. The 3*is for the publisher who I bought it from. I would say 5* for the knowledge inside. I used to have this book along with the DVD's but it was misplaced while moving.Also after rereading the title for this be aware that it is ONLY the fitness guide (to be used if you don't have access to a DVD player) and does NOT include the nutrition guide. I knew this going in but it seems like others were under the wrong impression.

Bought second hand. Several pages torn out and missing out of the book. Terrible experience and will definitely be returning

The description said it would include the nutrition plan with the fitness plan, and it does not. That’s why I was ordering it. I’ve been hoodwinked. Bamboozled by this ne’re- do- well.

I love P90X and this booklet is a godsend when you don't want to pop in the DVD every time you work out. It lists each exercise in enough detail that I don't need to confer with Tony to learn the exercise.

Opened book and a chunk of pages fell out, not sure where this came from but this is not a real copy but a cheaply made bootleg copy but I only paid a couple bucks for it
