So do you use the nail base and the nail strenghtner and the top coat all at the same time?

The nail strengthened becomes the base coat, and can be applied as top coat as well.

Why do the directions say “use daily and remove weekly?”

The directions are intended for applications to be completed on top of the previous application if used in a daily basis. Removal is once per week to prevent nail damage.

How do you remove it?

I use pure acetone. I put it on a cotton pad and soak for a few minutes. You can use regular nail polish remover in the same manner but it takes longer. You put a thin layer on everyday for a week then remove the polish and start over. This is a really good product and worth the extra trouble.
