Calibration seems about right. Hysteresis, the function that failed on the original part, seems good. The boiler is much happier now.

Drain down a good idea to flush the tank
A simple re and re, just what I expected.Drain down not required, but it is possible to install a 078 Tekmar sensor then control from a Tekmar control.
