Bought these bands to stretch and strengthen my hips. As an older but active soccer player, my hips seem to be the trouble spot for weakness, so I bought the bands for the abductors and flexors. Using these has also helped with some lower back stiffness. Easy to use, you can change the resistance with little effort. Highly quality cuffs and bands. Very pleased.

acheter récemment utiliser uniquement a domicile en statique (squat principalement) le produit a l'air solide je compte l'utiliser en extérieur en course a pied à voir sur la durée mais pour le moment assez satisfait du produit et du contenu proposé.
