In my parcel no hooks were included. i can‘t use it!!!

Yes you can. Use a wire coat hanger to fashion some hooks. Or put some screws in the wall or door.

Is this washing machinable?

I don’t know but I wouldn’t try. The pockets are clear plastic and might get damaged. But if you put it in a pillowcase or other large, protective encasement, I don’t see why not. But deffo on a gentle wash without spin. I thing it would dry easily, but upstream down. Your choice entirely. If you can, contact the seller.

It is not plastic. Its a heavy canvas type of material on the backing with strong mesh compartments.
