Manfrotto Hexagonal Quick Release - 1/4"-20

Perfect fit for my Manfrotto #168 tripod head. The plate arrived in the original Manfrotto packing. It's made of high-quality metal and fits firmly onto the camera. It does not shake when mounted on the head. There is more to a tripod plate than we think. The original may be more expensive, but when you need to trust it to hold a heavy camera with a lens, it pays for itself.

I bought this plate so I could push my long-forgotten (and seriously old) aluminum tripod and 3047 head back into occasional service in instances when carbon fiber is too lightweight. The plate is a perfect fit for the head base and quick-release mechanism, and it is as well-built as the original. The thumbscrew also works as well as the original. Mounting my more modern gear to this old beast of a tripod-and-head combo was a cinch.

Statt der alten Platte mit der Korkauflage, die immer runter ging und sich beim fixieren der Kamera in Hochformat auch immer verdrehte, habe ich zu der Platte mit Gummi gegriffen. Zur Haltbarkeit desselben kann ich noch nicht Stellung nehmen, vorerst aber gewohnte Qualität. Zwar nicht so wertig wirkend wie andere Firmen, aber für Manfrotto sehr gut.

Cette pièce est bien sûr identique à celle d'origine qui était présente sur la tête de mon trépied. De ce fait, il n'y a pas de surprise, le serrage tient bon (que ce soir un reflex avec télé objectif ou un vieux moyen format assez lourd).Le prix est assez élevé cela dit.
