what is the weight limit?

I just tried this machine yesterday at a friends house for the first time. I have never seen this machine before. I am 220 and it worked just time for me. I am considering getting one.

What are the dimensions of the stepper after it is folded up?

It folds down flat enough to store it under your bed. Very light and easy to move.

I see at least one review indicating a time limit of 15 minutes, has anyone used this stepper for long sessions (1 hour or more)? Does it hold up?

I think that the time limit is more of a health precaution. One thing that people should do before getting on the stepper is to warm up first by stretching and flexing their leg muscles (particularly hamstrings) - especially if they are going to go for a long stepping session. I'd spend 6-10 minutes doing some basic flexibility exercizes first which can easily be found online.
