Bag was busted open when I received it. Pieces missing. Brushes are falling apart and I haven’t even used them. The sponges are paper thin and don’t look like they’ll last long. When I put it in water, a lot of black coloring came off. Very disappointing. I can’t use these on clients, was trying to bring a dark aesthetic to my business.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this 21 pcs set, especially the stainless steel bowls and trays. Good construction. Not flimsy. Smooth with no sharp edges. Easy to hold/use. The sizes of bowl are small and I’d prefer more depth for mixing clay masks or hair colors. The color black is an attractive metallic gunmetal black. The bristles of the synthetic brushes are silky soft. The plastic ferrules are a bit cheap looking but don’t affect functionality. The compression sponges are a nice touch and travel friendly. Overall, a thoughtful bundle for organization and groups.

I like to make my own skincare products, and this set is perfect for pouring from my mason jars into the bowls to avoid dipping and potential contamination. I’ll also use them for other products that usually require dipping into the original container, such as my toothpaste powder. The brushes are a nice addition and help apply an even layer of skincare products. The bowls appear sturdy though on the smaller side, so mixing directly in them might be tricky depending on your recipe and batch size, but they’re still a very handy addition to my skincare tools.

It comes in a sleek black finish, which reminds me of the kind of black that black steel appliances are. The set comes with one flat tray, 2 divided trays, 3 bowls, 3 fan brushes, 3 regular brushes and 10 compressed sponges. The metal in the trays and bowls are solid and do not bend. The brushes fit comfortably in my hand and the bristles are soft.

Nice quality set for the price point. I’m using some of the supplies for facials and other parts for mixing small amounts of hair dyes. The small size stainless steel bowls are the perfect size for doing bright color hair dye because I only need a small amount of each color. The divided trays are great for facials and mud masks. The flat tray can be used for mixing foundation. The brushes included are alright, similar to paint brushes more so than cosmetic brushes. Also, I love the inclusion of the dehydrated sponges. Super handy and can be tossed when done. Overall, a decent set with a variety of uses.
