All natural stuff, no perfumes or chemicals.

can we use this for girls -- 3 and 6 ?

I am not sure, you should check with the brand. But as a mother of 2 small girls, I believe using minimal chemicals for them especially in sensitive areas. Use warm salt water or you can add lil turmeric. It may be good, but its better to avoid chemicals.
