HARFINGTON Leather Hollow Punch Set 1/4 Hex Shank for Drills, 16mm 18mm Dia Rotary Hole Punches for Thick Fabrics Leathercraft Working

Bought it cut punch holes in thin craft foam that is soft. It is not sharp at all so it wont actually cut anything that is not super easy to cut I would say. I didnt try it on leather as it wouldnt even do more than dent my thin foam even with the drill pushed hard down on the foam with tile floor under it. If this was actually a sharp cutting blade that would work. The sizes are perfect and accurate and it works in a normal drill really good. I sure wish it would of cut the holes I need in foam. Returning them.
