Been using about 6 months now. No irritated scalp not once. I've finally found my forever shampoo and I find that it is the best being there isn't any chemicals.

this is one of the worst shampoos our family has ever used. everyone who used it immediately sprouted unusually gigantic flakes of dandruff that seemed to be peeling off of and spreading throughout our scalps and hair like wildfire. we all immediately took a break from it and each tried separate shampoos from each other in the interim, watched our hair and scalp return to normal, then picked up using it again, on and off, several times. each time, we each got the same results from only ONE day's use--red, peeling scalps and giant (I mean GIANT) flakes of dandruff. D.O.U.S's, we are calling them. after seeing nothing but positive reviews (and having been encouraged to purchase by them), I wonder if we somehow ended up with an adulterated or switched content bottle (ours smells like classic pink bubblegum--not at all what we would describe as "herbal" or "botanical"). I really wanted to love this shampoo, and for my family to, as well, but I cannot say a single positive thing about it. if there were a guarantee, I would return it now. I feel shammed.

Good and natural ingredients but harsh on hair because it cleans it very well, so conditioner after this shampoo product. It does keep the scalp clean of flakes and psoriasis.

this shampoo used to be awesome. What happened to the formula? It is terrible now such a shame. KK

Great stuff! Mild and pleasant smell. Great ingredients. Feels good!

Although I wish the texture were a bit more viscous, I still like this shampoo because it leaves my hair feeling extra-clean and shiny.
