I got a complaint regarding the product where I got it delivered as gift, it was having some sort of marks which were removed after polishing but really this is not expected of Amazon.The product as a whole is nice but I see the detailed description was not clearly mentioned on the website. Like being a 4.5 KW geysers what star rating it has, how much initial time is required to heat up the water etc.

Good one . No problem at all . Only thing it's light ( green and red ) is not that bright

Instant Water Heater

I ordered this heater on 16 Feb. I received it on 18 Feb. It has been 10 days, and there is no support from Kenstar or Amazon for installation. If you request Kenstar as a service, it says problem will be resolved within 48 hrs. I have to halt my work at office for 2 days waiting for a person to call me. Then, someone calls me from Kenstar at the 46th hour to say we don't do installation, but I can send 'bacchein log to bechthe hain' you pay me/them! Next day, another person calls me to say I will come 'right now' for installation when I am at my office. He has no idea about the previous call. The second person acts busy for a couple of days and then to agree to come for installtion he bargained for double the installation fee told by Kenstar. I disagreed to pay and he closed the request with Kenstar saying third party installed, which nullifies the warranty. It has been 11 days, and I rather return this product and live without one.I seriously have a security concern here sharing my address to some random person through Kenstar/Amazon in the name of installation. I have no idea who is a genuine company personnel calling me. I don't recommend ordering it through Amazon. If you buy it from a shop, they will send reliable people to install it the next day. Now, neither company will give installation, nor they will provide warranty if you go for a local electrician. Its a fix and cheating customers.

Dear Sir,Though, i have purchased the item in december-13, recently in april-14 i have installed the water heater. But when i tried to utilize the product only green light is glowing for hours (i have checked for several times) and water is not getting hot.I don't understand the problem, why the water is not getting hot and only green light is glowing. As there is no service center/repair persons available here (where i used to stay) i am unable to rectify the problem.When i gone through the owners manual, i realize that the warranty is there for this product. Hence, i request you to please solve the problem and do needful.Waiting for your immediate response in this regard.Thanking You,Prabhakar Lagala
