RimBrim prevents tire shine protectant spray residue from sticking to wheels, calipers, brake discs and pads. RimBrim's unique, patented design ensures a mess-free spray application and eliminates the need to re-clean wheels after treating tires with tire shine protectant. By eliminating the extra steps required to re-clean wheels, detail time is reduced by 50%-75%. RimBrim is made of a clear, durable polymer material that is impervious to popular, manufactured tire shine protectant products. Tabs located on the top edge are designed to be inserted between your wheel and the tire brim, allowing for hands-free use in most cases. An ergonomically designed grip also allows you to effortlessly hold RimBrim over the wheel while you spray your favorite tire shine protectant on your tire. RimBrim is proudly made in the USA.

Why is no one else doing this?
This thing is great. I cuts my tire detailing down to no time at all and best of all I don't have to wear rubber gloves and use that crunchy sponge to dress my tires any more. I keep it in the shipping box because it feels fragile (thin) but it works like a champ at keeping over spray off my wheels. If I had one complaint, I would say the notches that are supposed to hold it to your wheel/tire, don't work on my setup but it might have to do with my sidewalls or something. It just means I have to hold it for the whole 20 seconds it take me to spray my tire (no big deal).I will buy more when I get my next car, if it has different sized wheels or if this one breaks.

Too expensive for what it is, too indispensable for what it does.
Seriously, it is a simple thin plastic-like disk much like a plant water tray that could be had for $3 at your local store. You cant base the price on that and unfortunately plant water trays don't come in the exact sizes. As a tool to keep your wheels from being subject to over-spray its worth every penny. It works flawlessly. Should last a very long time as long as I am careful, but if accidentally drop it my guess is it will crack. But I would just buy another one. So much better than detailing your wheels (and mine are black powder coated gloss) every time you use wheel shine.

Clear Cover For Custom Wheel Lover
This is a thin semi-rigid clear shield that keeps wheels from getting tire shine products on wheels. You pick exact size for wheels, hold it against rims with one hand, spray product with other hand. This can get a little awkward as at some point you switch hands. It has a knurled knob-like area for holding it in the center. Being inert clear plastic, it’s durable to withstand whatever cleaning product you want to use on tires and keep off wheels. Most people would use this to catch errant tire shine but you could use it if you use a cleaner not real friendly to your rims. The clear plastic tends to hold tire shine products but a good all purpose cleaner with soft brush works well. Rinse and hang it up to dry for next time. Be careful it’s not crushed while being stored.

Useful but needs one improvement
It’s a wet winter in Northern California so I haven’t had the chance to use this RimBrim but when it arrived I checked it against the wheels on both of my SUVs. It covered the wheels perfectly! I have no doubt it will keep tire dressing off the wheels. The only issue I discovered was holding the RimBrim by the center nodule it constantly feel out of my grip. I put a strip of Gaffer’s tape on it to give it grip to hold. Worked great. So with dry or soapy hands you may experience problems with holding the RimBrim too.

good product... but worth the price?
Answer: i'd say yes--i like it! covers well and does what it's supposed to...wish the little hand holder in the middle had some "grip tape" or something--when it gets slippery from the spray, it's hard to hold on to. It's thin, formed plastic--not expecting it to be anything more than that--but the price seems a little high for what it is. only used a couple times so far, but now that i have it, i will want to spray my tires more often!

Initial quality is excellent!
I have used the other wheel protectors like the most common adjustable one and they all seem like they are junk. Cheap plastic, get brittle in no time, cracks, breaks after a year. I only adjusted it from 17"-20", not like I was stressing it to 14" wheels or anything and storing it that way. I got sick of that type so I started searching.I have only had the RimBrim a day but I can already tell the quality of plastic is much better. Fitment is dead on! Extremely happy with my purchase and will update if anything goes haywire with it in the future. Sure it isn't adjustable but that style has already proven to be absolute garbage for me.

Great time saving product
I purchased the 20” RimBrim to use with both of my vehicles and it does exactly as advertised. Keeps your wheels clean preventing additional wipe downs. It holds its self on one of my two cars, but no big deal holding it in place as I spray. My only complaint was the condition in which it arrived. The middle handle was smashed in and some areas of the edges were pinched. I understand it most likely happened in transit but little was done in packing to provide protection.

Won’t stay on. Still enjoyable..
Ordered 18” and 19” for the C6. Both arrived crunched, courtesy of USPS. Worked out the bends in the plastic but they won’t stay on the wheel. They’re performance tires (MPSS) with a rim protector sidewall. So I guess I should have known. Probably still useful. Love the idea of this product. Been using foam applicators for years. Some really good sprays aren’t available in gel form. Spraying onto the foam is lame. I’m gonna make these work! Ha
