It's my second purchase first I purchased 250ml bottle at 149rs it worked on my plants like rose , marrigold and other seedlings even weaker plants are grown well.

Could possibly work with the seeds I had.
I had seeds soaking on this liquid for about 2 days before I planted, about half of the seeds came up so I'm not sure if it works or not but certainly a lot of liquid for seeds, will last for thousands of seeds.

Not worthy buying
It does not serves what it meant to do. Soaked my seeds for 72 hours but none of them sprouted. Even though after that I planted in the soil. Seed doesn't sprout either.
