I wanted to like this filter
I wanted to like this filter, but unfortunately due to one small flaw in the design, it won't install without bursting and flooding my apartment. The brass insert that goes inside the tubing is small enough to still slide through the attaching brass nut; even with the plastic sleeve they provide. I spoke with the plumber in my apartment and they explained that the water pressure in high rise apartments is quite high, which is forcing the tubing to slip out through the brass nut. He said that perhaps with lower pressure water systems in houses, that this would work, but the design is not good.I have to agree with him. I have reordered to see if maybe the parts were not the right size, but even with the second one, I can easily pull the tubing right through the brass nut, even with the metal insert and plastic sleeve properly installed. There is no way this can be used on our sinks in this apartment. When we tried, the tubing slipped right through the nut, and flooded the kitchen. Imagine if we were not home, and the water pressure forced the tubing out on its own? What a disaster that would be.Now looking for another water filter with a more secure design.

Awesome
After lots of back and forth between different water filtration systems we finally settled on this one and could not be happier. Easy to install, the water tasted great right from the start, and very easy filter swap out procedure.

I have to say it was great while it lasted but now back to my Brita ...
I've had this for less than a year and the swivel spout has already broken. I have to say it was great while it lasted but now back to my Brita jug filter.

This Product Rocks!
My water was bad, mikly and smelled funny. After installing this system I could drink my tap water again!! I would hhighly recommend this product to anyone that asks me.
