Hi it's nice product but when we r putting on charging it's getting on othere wise it off want to exchange. It's having one year warranty. How can I exchange ? Let me know thanks

Sometimes it can't works probably , even my phone was in 3mtr distance voice have some difference and i can't learn the voice clearly.but its control is a best one
