I got this in a full size super cheap so I wasn’t expecting much. I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of the blanket itself. It doesn’t feel like it heats too much, but the fluffiness retains heat well. The wires only cover the middle of the blanket. It’s very soft and thick. Overall it does a good job, especially for the price. I think I paid $27

Seems like it can be a hit or miss purchase. Mine arrived and is the best heated blanket, it's consistent and gets very warm I'm so impressed! Definitely beats the rest of mine that I used to use!

Super soft and a great range of heat levels. You can be a little toasty or so hot that you'll sweat off all the winter sadness. Trustworthy quality

I bought 4 of these at the same time, right before the winter storm in Jan 2026. 3 of them were extremely soft and warm enough to make me sweat when they are on high. The second the cat jumped on it, she started massaging it, fell over and slept all day. Those had the fuzzy, soft white side (pictured). The other one, which is what dropped the star off the rating, was plaid. This one does not get very warm. Even the cat wasn’t interested. It also was not as soft as the others. If you get one of these, make sure to get the ones that have the white backing that looks thick. You won’t be disappointed. All of them were full size.

It's very soft and the heat is even and efective. I put mine under the bottom sheet, and it stays in place v ery well.

Totally recommend this heating blanket. It’s so soft, the quality of the fabric is amazing and its design has several heating settings for your comfort. Great value for this item.

The heat zone does not cover the full width, not even close! There are 20" of unheated material along each side, so my 72" wide blanket has 32" of heated width down the center. There is also about 10" unheated top and bottom, but that is not a problem. This is probably pretty common with a lower-priced electric blankets. The control does not remember your last setting - it always comes on at level 3 of 9. If you want level 1, you have to press the button 7 times. Other than those (small?) issues, it is SUPER comfy on both sides. Like most electric blankets, it uses very little electricity.
