This is to cover paper book jackets, not the book cover
I was looking for something to protect book covers and bought this, not realiser it is to cover the paper book jacket that you occasionally get on hardback books still these days. The description could have pointed this out clearly, to avoid misunderstandings.

Serves function well
I can't get excited writing a review about book covers but here goes: I bought these to protect my cook books and they are fit for purpose. Quite robust and easy to slip on. I simply folded the extra ends over.
