Mom had some of these when I was growing up. She gave them to me and they have been in use more than 35 years. What more could you want. A set of generational hand me down mixing bowls!! Bought more to compliment what she gave me and I use them daily!

Fantastic replacement for my vintage Pyrex mixing bowls!
I have had these bowls for about two months and I find myself reaching for them before my old Pyrex or stoneware bowls. These bowls may not win a bowl beauty contest, but they are a true workhorse. Sturdy, easy to clean and they don't shatter if one slips out of my hand. They work great with my hand mixer. Another plus is that they are made in the USA. They are also reasonably priced. I don't use them in the microwave or oven so,I can't attest their durability for that purpose, but they are a wood based product, so I doubt if I'd try that. But all in all a great set of bowls!
