It's a bit hard to understand the gameplay at the beginning, the manual is not very clear, so, I highly recommend watching some tutorials from YouTube. Once you learn how to play it, it turns to be one amazing boardgame. Very accurately develop based upon that Rick and Morty anatomy park chapter. Also, the whole art of the game's been beautifully done!

The creators came up with a lot of really clever rides and attractions that weren't part of the show. My husband and I played this twice yesterday and we both kept saying, "this is fun". The first game was a great success and we saved Ruben, but the second one got real crazy with all the diseases released in the first 10 turns ๐ It does involve a lot of reading to understand the game play/strategy, but once you get the hang of it, it's a good time and pretty easy. It doesn't necessarily take a long time to play the game. Much like the show, it's not really for children as it's kinda gross and would be too difficult for them to grasp. I would say the hardest part of the game is shuffling the tiles, which probably could have been made of cardstock instead of stiff cardboard to make shuffling easier. Just to provide an idea of why this becomes important: I was the only one of the two of us that ever got any transportation tiles (which don't provide many points) in both games. Also, I only got one tile that involved control cubes, which really help with additional points once the game is over, with the exception of ONE tile, which is the one I got, so I lost both games, but it was still fun. All in all, I do not regret gifting this to my husband. We will probably play many more times before returning from Christmas break.

Definitely a short game, but tons of replay able fun. Every game can be different or you can try and replicate the game as best you can. Regardless, hours of fun are waiting, why are you?
