this is probably the worst product that i have bought from amazon. To begin with, it does look like what is given in the picture, it does have any LCD . secondly, the plug needs additional attachments for it to work on normal switch boards. and finally this product is a use and throw product. once it is not working nothing can be done about it, except throwing in the dustbin. there is no customer care service and no local technician can repair it, when i first called amazon for some help they gave me just dial's number, and when i mailed the sellar, their is no reply to it.so overall a bad product and paying so much for a use and throw product is waste.
