Not as great as everyone hypes it up to be. Cooks unevenly & the element touches the top of every pizza unless it’s very very thin. I’ve yet to be able to slide a pizza off of the pizza peels no matter how much semolina or flour I use so it makes a mess. Can’t really use it for much else unless you’re making something very thin. I’m an experienced cook, so I don’t think it’s me…just don’t think it’s worth the hype & I fell for it. Lesson learned.
