What material are these made out of?

If I fill them to the max capacity (7oz) and freeze will they be ok? I don’t want them to burst open

As in all things we freeze leave head room to expand. Fan Open the bottom so the width is max out, fill enough with some head space and seal tight. I check mine as it freezes mushing it so it doesn’t expand

How would you recommend labeling each pouch to date, list contents, etc?

Try baby food labels by chubbiee that work perfectly. Simply write the info with a permanent marker. Very easy to peel off with NO residue. They are super cute as well!
