Wow! This is such a conversation piece! Bought this bed for when my granddaughter spends the night. She has twin siblings that will be doing the same soon. So I wanted floor space for play time! It’s absolutely beautiful! The drawer at the bottom is HUGE. Honestly there is NO DRESSER needed! All her things from her previous room fit right into that drawer. It’s made nicely! It was tedious to put together but well worth the time. Got a six inch folding mattress and she LOVES IT! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The Amerilife Queen Murphy Bed has been such a great addition to our home! The design is sleek and modern, and it looks just like a built-in cabinet when folded up. It’s perfect for creating a guest room without giving up space — super practical and surprisingly easy to set up. The bed feels sturdy and comfortable, and the mechanism works smoothly every time. I love how it completely transforms the room — functional, beautiful, and well-made!

Much more difficult to put together than what other comments were saying, but it is certainly doable. Just expect to take about eight hours or so. Seems dirty so far, it’s not made out of 100% wood so expect some chipping in areas. Otherwise looks great. I spray paint in the handles black to match the rest of the black pieces. Not a bad deal for a guest bedroom. I bought a 6 inch trifold mattress that fits in it perfectly.

I found instructions very easy to follow and although it takes a bit of time to assemble, the end product is very worth it.

We put it together. The first time we tried to close it the screws ripped out of the wood. It is too heavy for the cheap hardware that comes with it. A total piece of junk. Do not buy. Takes a long time to put together.

Put this is a spare room/office for guests. Looks great. Bought a 6" tri-fold mattress and put a memory foam on it. Very comfy. Be aware that the bed is rather low to the ground, even with the 6+ inches of mattress/topper Looks great and the handles are much nicer than most basic cabinet beds. Assembly is a 2 person job. One miss: the color is not white-white, but that more rustic white for farmhouse style. The pics looked white, and my wife wanted white, but there ya go... I've got some farmhouse rustic nightstands that are white-white and our trim in the room is white.

Can’t say enough positive things about this bed. First it came in a smaller box. Unexpected. There were a lot of parts, but they were all clearly marked. If you took your time, it was not a hard build. It works perfectly and even has a little cushions that go on the brackets where the outside cabinet will lay. That was a concern of mine. The wheels were great for the drawer and it does hold quite a bit. When it’s folded down the cabinet makes a nice headboard. Very sturdy and solid to sleep on. I put a 6 inch foam folding mattress in there. It says it can take an 8 inch but I don’t believe that will fit. Not disappointed in this purchase at all.

This looks so great and seems sturdy! I bought a separate quality mattress to go with it. It did take 3 highly capable men 4 hours to complete!
