DO NOT BUY. IT CEASED TO FUNCTION ATER A FEW WEEKS. The SUNSAMITO F25 Ultra truly exceeded my expectations. I confirmed it was compatible with my carrier before purchasing, and it has been flawless ever since. With 12GB RAM and 512GB storage, this phone easily handles all my memory needs. The 6.9" OLED display is stunning, and the 108MP+48MP cameras capture sharp, vibrant images. What impressed me most is the incredible value, this phone comes with a transparent protective case, a screen cover, earphones, and a charger, which is rare these days. The design is sleek, the functionality is smooth, and the built-in stylus works perfectly for quick notes and navigation. Between its powerful performance, generous accessories, and stylish look, this smartphone is a fantastic choice that delivers far more than expected. **** UPDATE*** I wanted to provide an honest update after using the SUNSAMITO F25 Ultra for a few weeks. Before purchasing, I confirmed that it was compatible with my mobile carrier, and initially everything seemed fine. The phone activated without any issues, and I was genuinely impressed by the generous 12GB + 512GB memory, the large OLED display, and the overall value for the price. Unfortunately, after about three weeks of use, several problems began to appear. I started receiving repeated error messages saying the SD card was not recognized, even though it had worked perfectly at first. I also became unable to download new apps, and the camera suddenly stopped taking pictures altogether. A few of my existing apps disappeared on their own, and others stopped functioning completely, which made the phone unreliable for daily use. It’s disappointing because the storage capacity and feature set are excellent, and this could have been a great budget-friendly option if the performance had remained consistent. I truly loved the potential of this device, but the ongoing issues made it difficult to rely on. There is also no direct product support with the manufacturer, making it more difficult to troubleshoot. If these problems were resolved, this phone would offer incredible value. For now, I hope this update helps others who may be considering it.

Most important thing is the description is wrong!!! It's a S25 and everything about the GB+other specs are wrong!!! But if you don't mind different specs of the phone overall for the price the phone is not that bad! Some setting that are basic standard on other phones are not on this phone but there minor things like display organization and little things like that nothing to major. Also it does come with charger+plug and screen protector and case that wasn't in purchase description

I wanted to return the phone and get my refund back but not able to do that because of where they want me to return it for me with no transportation could not get to that location and of course talk to customer service to see if I can return the phone any other kind of way like sending it through UPS or something but they say no one location a certain location and I cannot get to that location so had no choice but to keep the phone and can't even use it phone does not work with my provider phone does work I can get no kind of reception so basically I can't get my money back and can't use the phone so i just have a phone that I cannot use don't buy trash
