This brand worked well with my AirSense 10 for 3 years so I ordered more.One side is soft, the other side harder. Put the soft side to the outside door. They drop into place nicely and are not too restricting for the air pump power. I replace this the last day of every month, there is always a darker shade to the used one I remove compared to the fresh one.

I've only had my CPAP for about 9 months and I was highly skeptical about the quality of the original filters even though they were provided by the VA when they gave me my CPAP unit. As several pictures have shown the original pads let a lot of light through and thus I was a little concerned as I have two dogs and I didn't need to get dog fur or dandruff forced into my lungs. These filters are significantly denser and thus I don't think partials could easily pass through the filter and get into your lungs. I don't have any way to do scientific testing so this is highly subjective but in my opinion I think they should work better and to me that is all that matters.

I'm not sure why others are complaining about it being thinner than their old ones, I still had some of mine from the Medical Equipment store that were 4$ a piece. They were roughly the same thickness, if they were thinner, it's not by enough to worry about at all, not when you can replace it more often at this price point! They have done a great job so far and I have had zero issues with my machine. If that ever changes, I'll be sure to update. I was skeptical at first and continued to overpay for those 4$ filters. I wish I switched sooner!

Medicare sent me four filters for three months, but it i recommended to replace every two weeks or so. The math doesn't add up. Way cheaper to get this deal and I am set for the next three years!

Given the astronomical price you will pay for CPAP filters purchased from a medical supply company, this is a superb deal. Caveat is that I don't know if they perform equivalent to the official filter. It looks like they should. They are clearly different material and look and feel different. I hope they do as well as the originals. I got lots of filters for the price of 1 filter from the medical company.

Still peals off on the edges after a few days but better than what comes from Dextron
